About Amany Bashir
Dr. Bashir is a Family Medicine Physician in Beaverton, Oregon. She graduated with honors from Cairo University School of Medicine, Cairo, Egypt. She also completed a year of advanced placement from Xavier University School of Medicine.
In 2017, she completed her Family Medicine Residency in Upstate New York at St. Elizabeth Family Medicine Residency Program (Mohawk Valley Health System). Dr. Bashir worked as a full time primary care physician in Portland, Oregon until 2020.
Dr. Bashir is board certified in Family Medicine and a member of The American Academy of Family Physicians.
Dr. Bashir enjoys working with all family members, with special interest in Preventive care, Women's Health and volunteers to care for the underserved communities.
In her free time, she enjoys cooking and baking authentic Egyptian food.

Facility Visits During COVID-19 Pandemic
Alpha Care is monitoring the evolving situation with the COVID-19 Pandemic.
Precautions before, during & after-visits.
- All patients are required to answer the online COVID-19 screening questions on patient portal before entering to the clinic.
- Masks are not required for entry but recommended.
- Temperature check for every patient upon arrival.
- Hand Sanitizers are provided upon arrival.
- Sanitation after each patient departure.
- Staff daily temperature check and symptoms check.

Dr. Bashir is a wonderful family medicine practitioner. My husband and I have been her patients for the past four years. She is not only interested in a patient’s medical “woos” but is a doctor is interested in the patient as a total person. Her ability to sit and listen to the patient and her words of encouragement are always appreciated. As a diabetic, my husband needed to find someone who would help him maintain his medications and his health.
